In and out faster than I would have ever expected. Great service!
    Dr. Lola is very thorough.
This was a first time, get acquainted visit and I was pleased with this initial meeting. I have a good feeling about future care with this provider.
The doctor was able to gleam from our conversation what needed to be done. I'm not good at expressing myself and getting things out and I have memory problems. So I had to go back a couple times and say oh yes, this this happened or that happened and she took it all in stride and and took care of me and I really appreciate that. Thank you.
Dr. Ogbonlowo was amazing during my visit today. Just wanted to tell her thank you for being so thorough and caring during this stressful time!
    Always get good, friendly service
Your staff needs to understand that service dogs that are wearing vest that they do not touch me do not touch that doesn't mean follow the dog back when my mother took the dog that behind her share because your LPN kept touching him and then try to follow him to pet him again. It is unacceptable and they need to learn the value and importance of a service dog and how to leave them alone when they're working.
To be honest I was not happy with how my appointment ended. I had a physical and a paper for the doctor to sign to turn in to HealthyU. The physical went well until the end. The doctor picked up the paper, said to come out of the room and she signed the paper, handed it to me, and turned away. Appointment over. I felt like she thought the only reason I came in for physical was to get the form signed. Left me with bad feeling. I take my health seriously and respect the time of healthcare workers and would ne
It was my very first time in the office and I was very impressed!
Dr. Lola was very respectful very attentive. Listened closely to everything I said and answered every question. I couldn't ask for a more caring and informative provider. I was very pleased with the staff. The nurse was excellent and the women at the check in and check out we're very helpful and very polite.
I really liked Dr. Ogbonlowo as a matter of fact my husband's going to be going to see her too she gave me a lot of time and listened and helped me. I'm looking forward to seeing her again. Thank you.
Thank you. I am hoping to get a reply by Monday about some post visit questions.
Linda's practice was run by Shana Rosenfeld who's taking a leave of absence present. The practice was absolutely first class. Since it's being taken over by Valley Health. It is going downhill to the extent that I may look for another provider. My service was very poor and it'll have to certainly pick up for me just to stay a patient.
Yes, I have a I'm going to that practice for many years the receptionist and the nurses in all. Excellent, but I did not. Like the doctor. I don't feel as though she was really interested. I didn't even know that she had completed the exam with me. So I was dissatisfied with the doctor. Thank you.
Compassion, empathy and listening skills should be part of every experience with a physician. This physician is competent, but should work on these skills so that patients can trust her.
I originally signed up with Dr. Rosenfel. I had to see Dr. Ogbonlowo because of Dr. Rosenfel's three month emergency absence, and I will see Dr. Rosenfel when she returns. Dr. Ogbonlowo was very late after seeing her nurse I waited 1 hour in the exam room and was on my way out the door when she finally came in. No apology very Curt and quite rude. I have an extensive very complicated medical history of bleeding disorder and ileostomy malabsorption short gut syndrome a massive heart attack three strokes and
I waited almost 45 minutes before I got to see the doctor, which I thought was ridiculous. Everything else was good. Just the wait was too long for the doctor.
The visit was good except for, I had to wait a half hour for a tetanus shot. And then I had to wait another 10 minutes and then they told me they couldn't do the Tetanus shot because it was under Medicare. And also they was supposed to take my blood pressure again, and they did not do that. So it wasn't the best visit that I've had. Normally it's a good visit, but I... I think that could be improved. Thank you.
Parking at the Amerst Office is horrendous
