    Got in out quickly
The receptionist was respectful, but not very warm or nice. She didn't smile. She didn't engage in any thing other than at hand, meaning, you know, I was making conversation, she just didn't answer me, she would just ignore me and go about her business. Didn't make me feel welcome at all.
The only complaint that I have is that I called into the office to request an appointment to have my medicine changed. They told me that I just had to leave a message on the nurses hot line. I called 6 times before they would return my call, and that was to tell me that I had to make an appointment. I was furious because I was going out of town and wouldn't be back for another week. I felt this type of behavior was unacceptable when I was asking for an appointment to begin with.
I have always had great care at Berkeley Family Medicine. I am treated with kindness and respect.
My visit could not have been improved on, everything was excellent with my visit.
Yes, the Care at the clinic was absolutely a number 10. They was very kind, understanding, very very patient with me to make sure that I understood the medication that they gave me.
I highly suggest Candice Moreland. She's a very good provider. My son likes her, and she understands him, and he understands her, and we are very pleased with her care with my son. Thank you. Bye.
Well, I think it was the nurse's assistant. We felt she was rude she coughed a lot. And she covered her mouth with her elbow, but it just seems a little out of place. She seemed to have an attitude problem. I don't know if it was because we were ever going to bed you or what when we left our appointment she made sure that we noticed she had then put a mask on her face. I found her to be very uncomfortable as well as my husband felt she was uncomfortable. but if that's the type of people that hired there You
Candice is a savior, she is the best provider a person could ask for. I have recommended her to several people I know.
You can help me by never, ever, ever calling me again for this kind of stuff. Thank you.
Everything was great except for the fact that I waited 30 minutes for the doctor. I understand that she got backed up with patients, but a nurse could have come in and told me that she was running late.
Candice was very professional and personable, something you do not often find in today's rapid pace world of medicine. The staff, from check in to next appointment being made at check out, was kind and friendly. The wait time was not long and the office had a TV that ran informational medical health loops, current magazines, and even cooled bottle water. I would recommend this practice to any of my friends and family.
The emails prior to my appointment to remind me of my upcoming appointment is greatly appreciated. It was also great that the office followed up by a phone call about my lab results.
Wait was too long. Too many patients had to be seen by staff (over 20 per day per PA).
Although I got everything done that I needed to have done, this is the exact service that regular business would not charge for the visit. The frustration that I had to endure through your own system change out (ownership) was completely uncalled for. Specifically, I had one day to have blood drawn for routine health check asked by insurance company, I fasted all day for only available 4pm appointment only to find out the lab did not even open (this was after the receptionist assured me when I begged for mo
I think your office and your employees are very very nice. That's all I have to say. Thank you. Have a great day. Bye.
I have been a patient here since 2017. They have always provided very good care. They are always friendly and pleasant. My Primary care is Candice Moreland. I have never had someone as friendly and good at making me feel at ease as her. They always take the time to answer my questions or address my concerns.
