This is the best doctor's office around. I've been two different ones, and I have not ever had one ounce of trouble out of this place. The nurses and all the doctors are great. They need a big raise.
    Great visit??
Yes, I've been having trouble with my appointments getting all mixed up and number two, the medical assistant that was in there, she has the worst attitude ever, and I would prefer her never to see me again as my medical assistant, nurse or whatever she was. Thank you.
Candice is an awesome care provider. Great group of professionals at this facility.
    I'll be back.
I have bern going here for years, and even through changes within, everyone has always been kind, friendly, and helpful. There has never been an overwhelming wait time, even as a walk in. The kiddos area is always clean. The staff is wonderful. My doctor is the best!! Always a smile no matter how long her day has been!
Yes, Candice Moreland, I believe is the PA that I saw. She was very helpful, very thorough, and I really appreciated her help and she was very informative to me and very kind and knowledgeable and so I would really highly recommend her to others and I'm glad that I had such a good experience there and then I was immensely helped, but however, I was concerned about the medicine that you prescribed for me. The medicine was not what I feel that I should have gotten according to my health history. I shouldn't h
I thought you could still do walk ins but they were saying you had had an appointment so I had to come back. So I just think they should. Not have a sign out front that says walk ins are allowed. And the nurse just seemed like she was maybe having a rough day cuz she just didn't seem to Friendly. She just seemed a little matter fact, so. That's all.
On time appointment, no long wait time.
The provider was very easy to talk to and addressed all my needs. I was very impressed by the kindness and compassion provided by the provider and nurse. I was very pleased with the care I received.
My appointment was with PA Candice Moreland. I am grateful to be a patient of hers. She is always interested in my well being and I would give her the highest possible rating along with my best regards and wishes. After a visit with her, you leave feeling as if you have been talking to a good friend.
Wait time not long at all.
    Got in out quickly
The receptionist was respectful, but not very warm or nice. She didn't smile. She didn't engage in any thing other than at hand, meaning, you know, I was making conversation, she just didn't answer me, she would just ignore me and go about her business. Didn't make me feel welcome at all.
The only complaint that I have is that I called into the office to request an appointment to have my medicine changed. They told me that I just had to leave a message on the nurses hot line. I called 6 times before they would return my call, and that was to tell me that I had to make an appointment. I was furious because I was going out of town and wouldn't be back for another week. I felt this type of behavior was unacceptable when I was asking for an appointment to begin with.
I have always had great care at Berkeley Family Medicine. I am treated with kindness and respect.
My visit could not have been improved on, everything was excellent with my visit.
Yes, the Care at the clinic was absolutely a number 10. They was very kind, understanding, very very patient with me to make sure that I understood the medication that they gave me.
I highly suggest Candice Moreland. She's a very good provider. My son likes her, and she understands him, and he understands her, and we are very pleased with her care with my son. Thank you. Bye.
Well, I think it was the nurse's assistant. We felt she was rude she coughed a lot. And she covered her mouth with her elbow, but it just seems a little out of place. She seemed to have an attitude problem. I don't know if it was because we were ever going to bed you or what when we left our appointment she made sure that we noticed she had then put a mask on her face. I found her to be very uncomfortable as well as my husband felt she was uncomfortable. but if that's the type of people that hired there You
