My experience was first rate. Everything I asked was answered. I was treated with respect. It's the place where you'd like to go to be treated.
    Great service!
It's really hard to find caring doctors today especially in Winchester area, which is yet another reason I feel Blessed to have found these wonderful people at this office.
This was my first visit to the office. The front staff was welcoming and friendly. The nurse was so friendly and introduced herself by name. Dr. Krishna was friendly, listened to me, offered suggestions and spent necessary time with me. I work in the medical field and I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced or seen such a good team! I am not the easiest case for Endocrine. Within one hour Dr. Krishna had reviewed my history as promised during the visit and had a complete plan of care and testing m
Best provider and Dr really listen to you.
Metformin has historically provided many side effects diarrhea nausea etc. I advised provider that is why it was cut back she had me double and go up to the max 4 tablets. First day had the severe side effects cannot tolerate this pill
The office staff were very nice, which is appreciated since many treat patients like cattle. Since Medical Building 1 has an address on Amherst Street, however is not located on Amherst St, but off of Campus Drive, I feel it is extremely important to new patients to know that they must turn into the hospital campus and turn into Lot D when making their first appointment. I ended up being 5 minutes late for my appointment because of this, and had specifically asked for the address when making my appt., so th
The scheduling six months out on the off-chance that I would have the ability to simply drop everything on a moment's notice if someone else cancelled is an ATROCIOUS practice. Sure, it helps to maximize profit potential, but it's very cold and callous.
    Very good experience.
The office was very nice people. I didn't like the idea you had to go on a computer to put your history down, instead of writing all that stuff on paper, and I wasn't too crazy about the way they did my medicine. It took too long for them to put it over to CVS pharmacy to get my medicine. Thank you, have a great day. Bye-bye.
Only thing that I have to say is that everything was wonderful except for when I was checking out and I really love the doctor, I was checking out the lady who checked me out didn't even try to give me another appointment with that same doctor. She put me immediately with someone else and I really would have liked the same one cause that's who made me comfortable.
I had referred patients and friends to Dr K even before I was referred to her. I feel she is an excellent physician.
I came expecting to be underwhelmed and was extremely pleased.
Dr Krishna was really helpful and is going to help me with l education about my pump and is helping me with better control of my diabetes.
I was impressed with Dr. Krishna with her acknowledgement of running late and offering a brief explanation. She was knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to communicate with.
I look forward to my visits with Dr. Annamuthu Krishna, Nurse and her office staff. Her office provides a calming atmosphere and her staff is very friendly. Dr. Krishna is an amazing physician, she's very encouraging, attentive, and compassionate. She ensures that all concerns and other factors affecting my erratic glucose levels is addressed. At every visit, she provides clear recommendations and instructions on treatment plans as well as options available to diabetics for my personal healthcare needs.
My appointment with Dr Krishna transitioned from a weight loss to a whole health consultation, addressing medical concerns that I did not realize were interrelated. My exam was thorough and Dr Krishna did not hesitate to order the labs that would tell us more. I left my appointment with Dr Krishna understanding much more than when I arrived.
Dr. Krishna is a jewel. She did all the right things and I left her office smiling.
I was nervous in the beginning Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I left there satisfied about my visit
Kiosk wasn't working properly and only 1receptionist, so line was long. She did a great job though-she was calm and attentive to each patient.
