    It was my first time there and i was impressed with the Staff and the organization of the facility. I love to make people laugh and i had the attending staff laughing, so it was a nice experience. Keep up the GREAT Service ! ......and don't forget to SMILE !!!!

    Dr. Holthus is and has been for years our family's caregiver principal caregiver. I couldn't recommend a more highly secure he gave my dad before me and currently my mother and myself. without parallel just just an amazing an amazing caregiver

    This facility always treats me with the utmost respect. They are very familiar with my case and are always ready to assist me whether it be the nursing staff or the doctors.

    I think it's on time but for my doctor, he gets too confusing. He jumps around too much from one thing to the other and I guess I'm kind of confused when I leave. He'll start on one thing and he'll end up something else and I'd like for him to stick with one subject, to which is the bad subject of my health and focus on that, instead jumping around - this is good. That's good. This is bad. I'd rather to tell him to feel how - what the bad part is so we can do better. Thank you.

    I did not get a call for my appointment which was scheduled going to 6 weeks 6 months ago. I just happen to write it down. But that's that was I thought it was important. They used to call from this facility that you know, what when you was having your appointment. That's all.

    I was very pleased with everything at the office of Dr. Holthus. He has been my main doctor for many years. Now with all the new people there it was still a pleasure to go there. It is a beautiful place. I am so happy to be able to get health care there.

    With the transition, no one seems to be happy, especially me. They messed up my appointment time, it was set for 9:30, received a call from them 2 days earlier asking if I could change the day/time, they set me to go in at 2:30 but DIDN'T PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM...What really upsets me is they don't follow through on when refill faxes are sent to them I have to keep calling to remind them!!!! It sure was nice before, I just hope it gets better, otherwise, I may look into changing doctors, and it is NOT the doc

    Provider forgot to call in one prescription and called the wrong specialist to set an appointment for me. I consider this unusual for this provider. Over 13 years, I have been mostly satisfied

    Because there was some other procedure, I wound up sitting 40 minutes before the doctor finally came and saw me, and then I had to go to work so he had a very short time to be able to spend with me. Also, he told me he was taking me off some of my meds and putting me on other ones. And it would be explained in the take home information and it wasn't. The way they have it written is I be taking now for different blood pressure medicines, which probably would have put me in the hospital.

    I just had to wait 20 minutes, half an hour to see the doctor. And I shouldn't have to wait that long when you got an appointment.

    I have been a Dr. Holthus patient/customer for over thirty years. There is a reason for the longevity......he is the epitome of a family physician. Caring Benevolent Resourceful Informative Respectful
