    I was impressed with the time they took take care of my son. That was very well appreciated. And, the staff was very very friendly and knowledgeable.
    My wait was less than 10 minutes, and a TV with HGTV was playing in the waiting area which made me much less conscious of time passing. Everyone was friendly and professional.

    The physician assistant was wonderful. The radiologist, the radiology technologist was also very pleasant and helpful and did a great job. The desk clerks, nurses, and medical assistants need to learn to have compassion, kindness, and how to treat patients properly and along with family.     While the physician's assistant was acceptable, the front desk, staff the nursing staff, and the medical assistance, were very rude, lacking compassion and seems very disinterested in patients. I had to have my mother grab a wheelchair two-wheel me back to the room. I had to get up on the bed by myself with a broken knee with no assistance offered from the office staff.     I was very pleased with my appointment, the physician's assistant was very nice. His name was Richie Gilbert, I believe and he was very attentive and answered all my questions. I guess my my biggest concern was that I thought I was meeting with Dr. Brown, because I hadn't seen him for three months. I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't seeing him. I wish they would have told me that when we made the appointment. Basically, I was fine. I really felt like the PA was very good. But there's just something abou
