Everyone I encountered at the office was awesome! More was accomplished in one visit than three months of appointments at the VA medical center.
You're very good. I've had good, good help out of them. You're the best. I like to thank of all God bless 'em.
you need a list of physical therapy offices to pass out ,someone that has never had physical therapy doesn't know where to go .
Everyone there was easy to talk to. The staff made the process very easy and they had me checked in and out easily.
this was first visit and I was very impressed with the thoroughness as well as not feeling rushed like it is in most medical offices.
    Dr. Essaff did terrific!
Everyone in that office that I came into contact was, was very courteous and very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you all.
The staff was very kind and professional.
I hope this provider's expertise pays off
Yes, I was at Dr. Essaff...Essaff's...I'm not sure how to pronounce it...last week, and I can't say enough good about...he and his staff. His staff is phenomenal. They took more time than they needed to with me, and I had a lot of questions; they answered them all directly and efficient, and with very, very much compassion. So I'm very happy with them, but thank you very much. I don't mind doing this survey, because it was a very positive experience.
    Good experience overall
I am grateful to Dr. Essaff. He took the time to listen and is genuinely concerned about the well being of his patients.
The whole staff at this facility were courteous and patient and all extremely helpful from the receptionist to the doctor sand all in between.
    Great visit
My ONLY complaint is that I had to wait the better part of an hour to be seen. Other than that, I left with a great deal of confidence in Dr. Essaff and am looking forward to the next steps.
Having a plan of action and options puts my mind more at ease. Thank you!
Thanks! The insurance issue is a big concern. I NEED to know what the insurance will cover, and what it will not, before I can choose my therapy. I sure wish I lived in a different civilized country where affordable healthcare is a right, not a privilege.
Dr. Essaff was very good, and I really like he has a plan in place and helping me instead of treating me like I was making it up or fobbing me off.
The wait time was too long to be seen. It was almost...I don't even remember how long we waited to be seen after we got there. That was my only problem. Thank you. Bye bye.
I wish he had asked me more questions as I tend to be reticent.
