I believe it's important to add more pediatricians to this practice since the wonderful Dr. Dunn. We'll be leaving this practice. My son's been with her since the 1st grade. He's now in the 8th grade.
    We will miss Dr. Dunn.
We were in the doctor's office for a long time like 35 minutes waiting for the doctor to come to us. Everything else was excellent except for, after the nurse brought us back. We were we waited for about 45 minutes. It was horrible. Thank you.
Nothing really to improve. It was excellent. Thank you.
The doctor is very knowledgeable. But the office itself has a long wait.
The staff was very unconcerned about our issues with having a child back and forth to their practice for the past 2 months without any resolution. The nurses never returned our call in the same business day, and a prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy twice within a 24 hour period. And they gave the wrong vaccine to my child, both of my children.
Every time I've gone in and have an appointment the wait time is over an hour. I don't know if time with the other patient is taking too long. I am there at my appointment on time, but usually am not seen by the provider. So at least an hour after my appointment time feel like this is very inconvenient.
We had to wait over an hour to see if the doctor I wish they could be more timely and on schedule.
I was pleased with how everyone at the office remembers my children- their names and medical history. The doctor even took time with my daughter when she mentioned she was scared of getting a shot
The provider was nice. I like Dr. Dunn, It's just that we were in her office for a 5:45 appointment and didn't get seen until at least 6:45 and then after being in the room, I left after 7:20 while we are waiting for a flu shot because I had a 5 year old there that was done waiting as well as I. That's it.
