his education in Memphis Tennessee, performing mostly corrective jaw,
implant and TMJ surgery. He was an active member of the University of
Tennessee Division of Plastic Surgery Cleft Lip and Palate Team. In 2007
he was the primary author of a book chapter regarding contemporary treatment
of severe infections of the jaws. After being recruited by Valley Health,
he founded Winchester Oral Surgery Center in an attempt to make available
essential services to this community.
In 2010, with the help of Winchester Medical Center, he established a charitable
foundation to provide treatment of children afflicted with various dentofacial
deformities. In 2011 he established a residency rotation at Winchester
Medical Center, where chief residents from Howard University are trained
in the latest oral surgical techniques. As the current Director of Facial
Trauma for Winchester Medical Center, he provides and coordinates emergency
room care for the most severe facial injuries. His private practice is
limited to oral & maxillofacial surgery, with an emphasis on dental
implants and advanced bone grafting techniques.
