Just seems like the screening process is unduly disorganized and redundant to be screened at the ground floor, then again upstairs.

It was much easier and quicker than going through the emergency room, which was what I had planned on doing until I found out about that service.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the nurse and NP that worked with my son. They were a joy to be around and their sense of humor helped keep my son happy even though he was sick. We are very thankful to have such a great place to take our family when they are not feeling well.

Nurse practitioner who attended my problem was extremely capable, but they left us in the room for an hour and 45 minutes. Basically forgot, had she not stuck her head in. So other than that her capabilities are in question. But the hour and 45 minutes is unforgivable.

Hi, so I was there with my daughter who is 6 months old. She was running 101.1 fever while we were there. She, the doctor, then explained that yes, both of her ears are red, but then decided to tell me that she only thought that she had a virus, that she does not have ear infections, and did not prescribe with any antibiotics. So through the night into the next morning, her fever continued to rise. I took her to her actual pediatrician, who was then open the next day, and she had a full blown double ear inf

I appreciate that they're open "after hours". It's hard for me to take off work (even when I'm sick).

I came in with 2 little ones with the flu. The process was effortless from check in, until we left. Everyone was very caring. I will be returning in the future!! We LOVED Dr. Catlett, the nurses and the ladies at check in.
