Women's Health

Having a baby is one reason for a hospital stay, but women’s health needs involve more than childbearing. Women & Children’s Services also cares for women who have a hysterectomy or other gynecological surgery at the hospital. Following their surgery, patients are moved to our unit on the fourth floor, where our staff provides the care, support and concern for their comfort that they need during recovery.
