January 2014 Class Descriptions:
Morning Yoga - This gentle class focuses on breath, stretching and relaxation. Standing, seated and lying poses will move you in all planes and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for your day!
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00-8:45 a.m.
Yoga - Stretching, strengthening and elongating the spine for a total body workout that will help increase range of motion.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00-9:45 a.m.
Men Only - No frills, but always a challenge. Work on strength, cardio, balance, stretch and coordination. Variety is the name of this game!
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00-10:45 a.m.
Bodies in Balance I & II - This beginner class combines several activities and exercises to help improve balance and stability and strengthen the core.
Bodies in Balance 1 - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 11:00-11:45 a.m.
Bodies in Balance II - Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12:00-12:45 p.m.
B.Y.Z. - All the exercise you need and want. Monday Boot Camp, Tuesday Yoga, Thursday Zumba (latin dance).
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00-5:45 p.m.
