Fitness Classes
Our fitness center in Front Royal offers a monthly series of group exercise classes. The cost for each four-week class is $20 for members ($35 for non-members). A drop-in fee of $5 per class session is also available – please call ahead (minimum number of participants required, and spot not guaranteed if class is full). The new series of classes will begin August 4. Please sign up by July 30.

August 2014 Class Descriptions:

Morning Yoga - This gentle class focuses on breath, stretching and relaxation. Standing, seated and lying poses will move you in all planes and leave you feeling refreshed and ready for your day!
        Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00-8:45 a.m.

Yoga - Stretching, strengthening and elongating the spine for a total body workout that will help increase range of motion.
        Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9:00-9:45 a.m.

Movement for Men - No frills, but you'll feel better when you leave. Work on strength, cardio, balance, stretch and coordination. Perfect after your workout in the gym!
        Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00-10:45 a.m.

Bodies in Balance - This beginner class combines several activities and exercises to help improve balance and stability and strengthen the core.
        Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 11:00-11:45 a.m.

Five O'Clock Fusion - Combines all components of physical fitness to get you the best workout. Strength and cardio workouts on Monday and Thursday, yoga on Tuesday.
        Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 5:00-5:45 p.m.
