Susan Lessar, MS, RDN, CNSC, is the Valley Health vice president of operations and service excellence and has been with Valley Health since 2006. She has over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. She has served in numerous clinical and leadership roles and currently has executive responsibility for system wide support services, nutrition therapy and service excellence.

Lessar received her Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition at Winthrop University and her Masters in Nutrition Education at Rosalind Franklin University School of Medicine.
