Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage uses lighter, rhythmic strokes to leave the body relaxed and rested and your mind at ease.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue and sports massage alleviates discomfort associated with chronic pain, limited mobility and tense muscles. Direct deep pressure or friction is applied across the muscles for relief.

Hot Stone Massage

Michael D. Gwin, PhD, CMT, LE

Michael has worked in the field of healing and relaxation and the holistic arts since 1990. He is a Certified Massage Therapist, an Energy Practitioner/Healer, a Holistic Educator, a Licensed Esthetician (skin care), and a Minister of Metaphysics. Michael received his Certification in Massage Therapy from the Virginia School of Massage and has studied skin care with the Aveda Institute.
