Charles E. Abrahamsen, MD Dr. Abrahamsen earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, after attending Dartmouth College as an undergraduate. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency training at the University of Pittsburgh. Not only is he board certified; he scored in the top 1%. He has a special interest in sports medicine and shoulder replacement surgery and has many years of experience in hand surgery and total hip and knee replacement. He has been an active soccer player since age 11. Daniel L. Zimet, MD Dr. Zimet graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified in orthopaedic surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. His special medical interests include total joint replacement, arthroscopic surgery, rotator cuff surgery, and fractures.
