Valley Health's neuroscience program offers care for patients with neurological conditions and disorders such as:

  • Epilepsy and seizure disorders (The Virginia Comprehensive Epilepsy Program)

Winchester Medical Center is among the nation's top neuroscience facilities, based upon the training of staff, the depth and breadth of services offered, and the processes in place to coordinate care.  Winchester Medical Center is certified by the Joint Commission as a Primary Stroke Center. Our physicians are on call to provide critical care and surgical services for traumatic brain and spine injuries through our Level II Trauma Center, and we provide a broad range of outpatient and elective services.
