Meet our Practitioners:

Audrea Wynn, MD earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio, and completed residency training with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Wynn is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons. Her special Interests include Adult and Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery, Sports Medicine, Shoulder Surgery, and Adult Reconstructive Surgery.

Adam Chavez, NP earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado, and Masters of Nursing Degree from Massachusetts General Hospital, Institute of Health Professions in Boston, Ma. He has been a nurse practitioner for 11 years, and been working in orthopedics for 5 years. His special interests include sports medicine, and sports related injuries, along with general orthopedic care of acute and chronic needs.

Insurance Information
For your convenience, we participate with most insurance companies. We will file your claim to insurance as a courtesy, regardless of participation. We offer a 30% prompt pay discount to patients who do not have insurance, if paid on date of service.
