Hampshire Memorial Hospital is a designated Critical Access Hospital dedicated to providing high-quality health care to the residents of Hampshire County and the surrounding communities by providing excellent patient care, offering health care education, ensuring that performance improvement is an organizational-wide commitment, coordinating a system-wide safety initiative that encompasses improvement of patient safety and risk reduction, and meeting or exceeding the expectations of the people we serve.

The new, state-of-the-art Hampshire Memorial Hospital opened in June 2011 and is located on Sunrise Boulevard, behind Hampshire Wellness and Fitness.
