Winchester Medical Center’s Campus Expansion Project represents a three year, $161 million investment in the local and regional community. It has significantly changed the profile of the WMC campus and, more importantly, provides a technologically-advanced, efficient, family-friendly space for treating some of our region’s sickest patients.

Campus Expansion Project Components:

1) East Parking Garage – Opened November 2009 
2) Heart & Vascular Center – Opened April 2011 
3) Clinical Laboratory – Opened June 2011 
4) North Tower (Emergency Department Expansion, Critical Care Unit,  Women & Children’s Services) 

Total Beds at Winchester Medical Center: Increasing from 411 to 445
