Every Woman’s Life
The free medical clinics in Frederick, Shenandoah and Warren counties, in partnership with Winchester Medical Center, participate in Every Woman’s Life, a Virginia Department of Health breast and cervical cancer screening program for middle-aged women of lower income who are residents of the state of Virginia. Through Every Woman’s Life, eligible women may receive free breast exams, mammograms, pap tests, pelvic exams and some further testing if needed.
Female residents of each of the three counties, 40-64 years old, who are uninsured and meet certain income requirements, are eligible for the program. (Some women age 18-39 may also qualify.) For more information, click on each location listed below.
