What You Need to Know About. . .
Valley Health hosts numerous free programs each year at the Winchester Medical Center Conference Center and Valley Health Wellness & Fitness Center. These events give the public an opportunity to learn from experts about a disease or condition. Each hospital in Valley Health also offers related educational programs in their community. The format of these free programs allows those with an ailment—or a loved one —to ask questions about their specific circumstances.

Recent topics addressed through this program include: joint pain, stroke, bariatric surgery, new treatment options for acid reflux and more.

Fairs & Festivals
We bring health information and screenings to the community on an on-going basis. Our presence is highly visible at county fairs in Shenandoah and Page, and we are primary organizers of the Wellness Expo at Apple Blossom Mall in February and the Safety Fair at Jim Barnett Park in Winchester each fall. We also participate in the Apple Blossom Festival staffing first aid stations during the popular parades.
