From Winchester take US-50 East approximately 10 miles. Turn left onto VA-255/Bishop Meade Road. (This turn is less than one mile past the Arboretum.) Go less than a mile to a stop sign and turn left. Go about 200 feet into the small village of Millwood and turn right on Bishop Meade Road. The entrance to Project HOPE will be 350 feet on the right. You cannot see the buildings from the road. You will see a small white sign on a white post that says “Project HOPE." Once you arrive at the fork, bear left ot the Administration Building.
