Opened in January 1951, Warren Memorial Hospital is a 196-bed non-profit community hospital and nursing home providing diagnostic, medical and surgical services for the residents of Front Royal, Warren County and surrounding communities. Located on North Shenandoah Avenue, the original 1951 building had 48 beds and 10 bassinets. In 1968, Lynn Care Center opened with 40 nursing home beds for extended care. In 1993, the hospital joined Valley Health.

A new 120-bed Lynn Care Center was completed in 2003. Lynn Care provides long-term care, including a unit for residents with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, and also has a unit for short-stay patients needing rehabilitation or skilled nursing care after a hospital stay.

In 2008, the hospital opened an outpatient center on North Commerce Avenue in Front Royal that is home to occupational health, urgent care, outpatient rehabilitation services, a fitness program, massage therapy and physician office space.
