• Corporate Wellness Services 
Let us help your business plan its employee wellness program to optimize the health and wellbeing of your workforce. Services include:
 
    o Onsite screenings including blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), cholesterol, etc. 
    o Onsite health education such as weight management, tobacco cessation, wellness workshops, 
       etc. 
    o Customized wellness programs including health assessments, personalized health coaching and

Nutrition Therapy (Winchester, Romney and Berkeley Springs locations)
Nutrition Therapy is offered to the community by doctor’s referral or self-referral. Our dietitians have over 35 years of experience. For more information, call 540-536-3050.

• Tobacco Cessation 
Quit for Good
One-on-one sessions to help the tobacco user manage the powerful forces behind nicotine and tobacco dependence by learning skills to assist in a quit attempt to stay tobacco free.
 
Weight Loss Programs 

        Weigh 2 Go 
        12 weekly one-hour sessions. In addition to group discussion 
        there is a private weigh-in and an opportunity to have food 
        and activity records reviewed by the facilitator. 

        Habits Not Diets 
        12 weekly one-hour sessions for weight management that 
        focus on identifying and changing current eating habits that 
        lead to weight gain. 

        Healthy Weight Modules
        12 weeks (group) to promote and support weight loss efforts.
