Profile:

Dr. Boyd is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Boyd has been practicing at the Winchester Surgical Clinic since completing her residency in 2001. She is board certified in general surgery. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and serves as the Cancer Liaison Physician to the Commission on Cancer for the Winchester Medical Center. Dr. Boyd is on the staff of Winchester Medical Center and the Surgi-Center of Winchester. Her interests in General Surgery include oncology (cancer), endocrine (thyroid/parathyroid), trauma management, laparoscopy and endoscopy.
