Profile:

Dr. Vinh is the Medical Director of the Winchester Rehabilitation Center, responsible to ensure a well-integrated and patient-focused ValleyHealth Rehabilitation program. A graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School, Dr. Vinh completed his residencies at Akron General Medical Center and Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine. He completed his fellowship at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation.

A Virginian at heart, Dr. Vinh’s undergraduate and graduate alma maters also included the University of Virginia and the College of William and Mary. He was honorably discharged as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Reserve.

Dr. Vinh is board certified in spinal cord injury medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and internal medicine. Prior to coming to Winchester, Dr. Vinh was on faculty at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He functioned as an inpatient medical director at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Dr. Vinh speaks English, French, and Vietnamese.
