Nurse Aide Training Program
 
The Nurse Aide Training Program at Warren Memorial Hospital offers a four-to-six week nursing assistant training program throughout the year. The 120-hour course includes 70 hours of classroom training and 50 hours of clinical experience in a long-term care facility. After successful completion of the program, participants are eligible to take the state certification exam.

The cost is $750 for the course and requires a $100 non-refundable book deposit. Enrollment in the nursing assistant training program is limited.

Applicants should complete this packet and return to the Nurse Aide Training Program at Warren Memorial Hospital, 1000 N. Shenandoah Avenue, Front Royal, VA 22630. Deposits to secure a space in a class should be directed to the Warren Memorial Hosptial Business Office, also located at 1000 N. Shenandoah Avenue.

Participants may receive reimbursement for the course if hired by one of our long term care facilities at the conclusion of the program (and upon completion of the certification exam). For more information please contact Terry Shanks, RN, Program Coordinator, at 540-636-0260.
