PREVENTION OF INFLUENZA
You can take simple steps to prevent the spread of influenza (both seasonal and H1N1):
- Cough and sneeze into your elbow
- Wash your hands frequently and/or use alcohol based hand cleaners
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
- Try to avoid close contact with sick people
- Stay home when you are sick.
