	HMH History
	Hampshire Memorial Hospital Hampshire Memorial Hospieal joined Valley Health on January 1, 2008. the West Virginia facility opened in 1958 and is a Critical Access hospital with 14 acute care beds, 30 long-term care beds and an emergency department. In addition, HMH and Valley Health provide rehabilitation and wellness services at Hampshire Wellness & Fitness that opened in Romney in 2007. Ground was broken in 2009 for the new Hampshire Memorial Hospital. Additional information is available at Construction Update.
